My name is Elizabeth Girard and as you probably already know I am a licensed acupuncturist. I started this blog mainly because I enjoy writing and hope to be a good health resource for women. I run a full time acupuncture and oriental medicine practice, Whole Body Healing, located on Timber Lane in South Burlington, Vermont. I treat many different ailments but specialize in women's health and healing. My hope is to use this blog to answer you'r questions and to share new research or other fun and interesting topics.
